looking at my previous ps brushwork work [link] an artist (an expert brushworker himself and one of the most respected in his genre) said that I am incapable of doing anything other than terragen rendering. . .
so I wanted to disprove that person , (no , I will keep him anonymous) so a work in PS7 totally including water in PS7, He said to me, " true artists can create good art irrespective of the media or software they use" Now, I gave up terragen , and have used a different software than I normally use to create space sceneries, . . . now you are the judge,  |

I think that there should be no problem with using terragen rendering as your main meddium to create art. To say that an artist HAS to be able to create outside of their current meddium to BE and artist isn't right. While I agree that it can aid creativity to use other meddiums, there is no written or unwritten rule to that effect. Your work is really good and your ability to use the program in an artistic way is what counts (not what you can do without it).
Keep up the great work. I look forward to seeing more. ^_^
