Hello,
this art is for depicting a semi-lucid dream I had on June 15 night.

I tried rendering it with terragen. But,terragen use would make it look realistic
So, I had to use photoshop7 (after doing initial work in watercolor) to maintain the unreality of the dreamscape

In the dream, before me was an unrealistic landscape/etherscape. There was a kind of 'flow' and waves were seen, but it was clearly not water.

Then, at a distance a lonely hill was there and as I fixed my gaze on to that, I heard a voice which said, I had to make it to that hill. . . I noticed few widely separated floating ovoid discs on the surface of the fluid. . . I had to jump across them if I had to make it to that hill .. .as I stood watching, the voice said that it is very possible for me to reach there. . .. but I was confused, . . .so much turbulence in the fluid. . .how could I do it?
Please full view, or u cant see the waves :)

I had a somewhat similar lucid dream. For me, the ocean and the beach at twilight (no sun or moon?) represented my own personal view of being, my own abyss (although hardly blackened and blasted like typical depictions of this metaphysical phenomenon). I then ascended the side of the stone, or summit, the peak of which began to spin around, projecting possibilities around the rim of the sky while it wheeled and turned to night (a metaphysical depiction of the void, and the realms of chaos, where the constructs of order are leveled and possibilities once again abound.) I have heard this place depicted as the "heart-mind" by someone referring to a similar one in The Fountain, and in terms of viscereality, that would be a sound physical representation of these metaphysical images. It is a personal place, and one cannot expect everyone to understand. For me, the sand on my own shore was utterly white, reflecting the pink of the sky but on closer examination on other occasions showed it actually shone with every color of the rainbow. The stars, likewise on closer inspection, writhed, and one realized they were constellations of other beings. This vision is very interesting because metaphysically it encompasses the summit, the earth and the ocean, and therefore is a complete reality (lol, ah metaphysics). Although, say, Dante chose to depict this image differently (as heaven, purgatory and hell, this one is just as valid). If you had never heard of Egypt, this image would probably make a lot more sense to you.

[I asked him, can no one escape their fate? Oh yes, he replied casually, this is what we sorcerers are for, and laughed.]
