Green is the color!!!
This is an ordinary lame looking flower. .. . UNTIL you look INTO it!!!
Very cruel that we humans over look the painstaking details that nature puts into every object!
A high resolution picture of an inflorescence, which was red and orange and yellow in color, but I wanted to make it green , for reasons:
1) I read that bees and other nectar insects see flowers in high contrast and saturation, manytimes in the uv spectrum. They see stuff in the blue, green region. That helps them home-in flowers!
2) Green is the color of raw untamed energy
3) A Pink Flyod song 'Green is the color' is weirdly cool too
